It's been TOO long since I've painted! This happens every summer due to Rendezvous (see the previous post), entertaining family and friends who visit the mountains during the summer, and the time I must spend training horses. But I get grouchy if I don't paint for an extended time period, so today I loosened up again with this 9" x 12" oil of a mama bison and her baby. We have hundreds of these just down the road from us at the Diamond Tail Ranch.
This one is called "Staying Close". It was fun to do, and I hope you enjoy it!
