Here's an oil painting I am just now finishing, but a painting I've wanted to do for a long time. This is my now three year old buckskin American Quarterhorse, Cash, with his mama, Sioux. He will turn four this summer, and I've been riding him for a year now, so it was long past time to get this painting done!
I may fiddle with this some more yet; probably deepen the shadow a bit & soften some of the edges on the mare's face.
