Wow, I can't believe a whole week has passed since I last posted. I had to make a trip to Colorado Springs and Denver to deliver paintings for shows, and the weather up here has still been difficult. What should have been a two day trip turned into a four day trip, as I had trouble getting out of here. Then, while gone, it snowed and blew again, so I wasn't able to return on the day I wanted. It's a good thing my son and daughter-in-law live "down below" and are willing to have a guest once in awhile!
Before I left, I was able to do a bit more work on this painting. I'm really hoping that I can get back to it today and post another update soon.
