I had alot of fun painting this guy....love to paint those kitties! This is from a photo taken by a super photographer on wetcanvas.com who goes by the name of Crias. Wetcanvas is a great reference, because photographers and other artists post royalty free photos there for artists to use.....I've posted quite a few of my own for other artists to use. This is 9" x 12", oil on stretched canvas. The bottom image is before I decided to subdue the background; the top image is the finished painting. Interesting how much difference a background can make!
