Waiting for Orders

Here in the mountain country of Colorado, cattle are grazed in the National Forest on leases during the summer, and gathered to ship or change pasture on warm autumn days. The land is pretty wild, and so are the cattle! So good cow dogs are helpful in getting the cows out of the ravines and trees. Here is one of my Australian Shepherd Dogs, Shiloh, as she waits for orders on a "gathering day".
