I just finished this 16" x 20" painting of my mare, Sioux, with her new baby, Izarra. This is how I first found them in the pasture a little more than 2 weeks ago, very early in the morning as dawn was just starting. I think Izarra was just a few hours old at the time. Fun painting this!
